Postdoctoral Fellow - Management
Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business is seeking a postdoctoral fellow in Management, with a focus on Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management.
About the role
The postdoctoral fellow will collaborate closely with Professor Mo Wang while advancing their own research agenda. The initial appointment is for one year, renewable up to three years contingent on performance and final budgetary approval. Fellows are expected to be in residence, participate in seminars, and contribute to the school’s intellectual community.
A competitive salary and benefits package is provided, along with an allowance for research-related expenses.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or a closely related field, conferred by July 1, 2027.
- Preferred research background in Work and Aging, Occupational Health Psychology, or Big Data/Machine Learning/Quantitative Methods.
The anticipated start date is July 1, 2027, but is negotiable.
