- Address a fundamental knowledge gap about how chromatin 3D organization determines transcription at a global scale in an explicitly defined neuronal development model.
- Integrate cutting-edge multi-omics at bulk, single-cell and spatial scales with computational analyses to investigate transcriptome, epigenome and chromatin architecture.
- Combine multi-omics with flow cytometry and state-of-the-art imaging to study chromatin architecture at super resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree (or equivalent) in any relevant field of Biology
- Molecular biology or bioinformatics skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. in Neuroscience or Genomics
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in molecular bench skills and/or data analysis. Preferred to have familiarity with R, Python, or related scientific programming languages
