We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Sandia, What Your Job Will Be Like (maybe as Responsibilities?), Qualifications We Require, Qualifications We Desire, About Our Team, maybe Benefits? There's mention of benefits in About Sandia paragraph: "Generous vacation, strong medical and other benefits, competitive 401k, learning opportunities, relocation assistance and amenities aimed at creating a solid work/life balance". Also mention flexible work arrangements: 9/80, 4/10, part-time, telecommuting. So we can create Benefits section and maybe Schedule section. Also Pay? Not mentioned. So we should not create Pay. Schedule: mention flexible work arrangements; we can include Schedule section with that info. We need headings:

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). But we can choose appropriate headings based on content. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely we should use those headings when we have content. We have About Sandia (maybe About the role?). Actually "About the role" could be "What Your Job Will Be Like". But we can map: About the role -> About Sandia? Or maybe "About the role" is generic; we can use "About the role" heading and put description about Sandia and role. However we also have "About Our Team". Could be separate. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. We must include only sections with real specific content. So we can have: - About the role (contains About Sandia description and maybe what the job will be like) - Responsibilities (list of duties) - Qualifications (maybe split into Required and Desired? Could combine but better separate: Requirements (maybe required qualifications) and Skills (desired). But we have Qualifications We Require and Qualifications We Desire. Could map Requirements to required qualifications, Skills to desired qualifications. - Benefits (flexible work arrangements, vacation, medical, 401k, relocation assistance, etc.) - Schedule (flexible work arrangements: 9/80, 4/10, part-time, telecommuting). Actually schedule info is same as benefits; but we can still include. We must not create Pay section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, NNSA, etc. We must preserve all substantive information: need to include details about postdoc eligibility, duration, renewal, PhD within five years, bidding, etc. That's in "Bidder Eligibility" at top. That is substantive; we need to include it somewhere. Perhaps under About the role or a separate section like "Position Details". But we only have allowed headings list; we could put that info under About the role or Responsibilities? Better to create a section "About the role" that includes eligibility details and description of Sandia. We also need to include "Posting Duration" etc? That's administrative; maybe we can drop as minor metadata? It's not boilerplate but it's about posting duration. Might be considered minor metadata; but we could fold into a short p. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Posting Duration maybe minor metadata; we can include in a short p. Security Clearance info is substantive; need to include. Could be under Requirements or a separate section like Requirements. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

About the role

Bidder Eligibility ... (the eligibility paragraph). Then maybe a short p about posting duration? Could combine. Then maybe

About Sandia ...

Then

Responsibilities

  • Design, construct, and apply electrochemical instrumentation for critical-mineral separation and characterization
  • ... etc. Then

    Requirements

    • PhD, conferred within five years prior to employment, in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Geochemistry, Physics, Materials Science/Engineering or related field
    • Experience conducting experimental R&D on electrochemical materials and systems
    • Ability to acquire and maintain a DOE Q-level security clearance
    Then

    Skills

    • Experience designing or operating electrolyzers, fuel cells, redox flow batteries, or other complex electrochemical systems
    • ... etc list all desired qualifications. Then

      Benefits

      • Generous vacation, strong medical and other benefits
      • Competitive 401k
      • Learning opportunities
      • Relocation assistance
      • Amenities aimed at creating a solid work/life balance
      • Flexible work arrangements: 9/80 (work 80 hours every two weeks, with every other Friday off) and 4/10 (work 4 ten-hour days each week) compressed workweeks, part-time work, and telecommuting (a mix of onsite work and working from home)
Maybe also mention "Flexible work arrangements for many positions include ..." Already in benefits. Schedule: Could be separate but we already included flexible work arrangements in benefits; maybe we still need Schedule section if we want to highlight schedule. But we can avoid duplication; maybe we put schedule info under Benefits and not create Schedule section. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine schedule into Benefits. We also need to include "About Our Team" description. Could be under About the role or a separate section like "About the team". But we don't have a heading for that; we could use About the role to include team description. Or we could create a section "About the team" but not in allowed headings; better to stick to allowed headings. Could put under About the role. Thus About the role will contain eligibility, Sandia description, team description. Let's craft the About the role paragraph(s). We need to preserve all substantive information: eligibility details, posting duration maybe, Sandia description, team description. We'll produce:

      About the role

Bidder Eligibility: This postdoctoral position is a temporary position for up to one year, which may be renewed at Sandia's discretion up to five additional years. The PhD must have been conferred within five years prior to employment. Individuals in postdoctoral positions may bid on regular Sandia positions as internal candidates, and in some cases may be converted to regular career positions during their term if warranted by ongoing operational needs, continuing availability of funds, and satisfactory job performance. Employees, excluding student interns, must remain in their current position for one year from their hire date before bidding on a new job. However, the hiring manager may obtain approval to consider a candidate before the one-year requirement is met via the review process. This approval must be secured prior to being interviewed for a posted position. The application of this requirement will not supersede collective bargaining agreements. Please refer to the collective bargaining labor agreements for eligibility requirements for represented bidders.

Posting Duration: This posting will be open for application submissions for a minimum of three (3) calendar days, including the 'posting date'. Sandia reserves the right to extend the posting date at any time.

Then Responsibilities section with list. Then Requirements. Then Skills. Then Benefits (maybe we already included flexible work arrangements and benefits in About the role; but we should not duplicate. We could keep benefits section separate but ensure not duplicate. However we already listed benefits in About the role; we could avoid duplication by not repeating them in Benefits. But we need a Benefits section if we have content; we could still have Benefits section focusing on those benefits not already mentioned? But we already mentioned them; we could still include them but that would be duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It doesn't forbid duplication, but better to avoid redundancy. However we could keep Benefits section with the same info; it's still preserving. But we might prefer not to duplicate. However we already included benefits in About the role; we could remove them from About the role and put them in Benefits section. But About the role already had a sentence about flexible work arrangements and benefits; we could move that sentence to Benefits and keep About the role focused on eligibility, Sandia description, team description. That would avoid duplication. Thus adjust: In About the role, we keep eligibility, posting duration, Sandia description (premier lab, reasons, etc.) but maybe we remove the benefits sentence from there and put in Benefits. Let's rewrite About the role: - eligibility paragraph - posting duration paragraph - About Sandia: description of lab, reasons (challenging work, co-workers, tools, career advancement, etc.) but we can keep generic reasons without benefits specifics? The reasons list includes "Career advancement and enrichment opportunities", "Flexible work arrangements for many positions include ...", "Generous vacation, strong medical and other benefits, competitive 401k, learning opportunities, relocation assistance and amenities aimed at creating a solid work/life balance". That's benefits. So we could keep the generic reasons but maybe we keep the sentence about career advancement and enrichment opportunities, and maybe we keep "Some of the best tools, equipment, and research facilities in the world". We could keep the rest but it's okay to duplicate; but to be safe, we can keep the generic description without the specific benefits, and put benefits in Benefits section. Thus About Sandia sentence: "Sandia National Laboratories is the nation’s premier science and engineering lab for national security and technology innovation, with teams of specialists focused on cutting-edge work in a broad array of areas. Some of the main reasons we love our jobs: Challenging work with amazing impact that contributes to security, peace, and freedom worldwide; Extraordinary co-workers; Some of the best tools, equipment, and research facilities in the world; Career advancement and enrichment opportunities." That's enough. Then Benefits section
