What You’ll Do

  • Provide Exceptional Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care for each patient.
  • Lead & Collaborate: Supervise and coordinate care provided by LPNs and PCAs, ensuring seamless teamwork.
  • Communicate with Purpose: Build bridges between physicians, families, and team members to deliver comprehensive care.

Your Work Schedule

Part Time Role (.6 FTE): Enjoy flexible 12-hour shifts from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. Every Third Weekend Rotation

Requirements

  • Iowa RN License: A current license is required to join our team.
  • Educational Requirement: While a BSN is preferred, we warmly welcome new graduates to apply.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in Iowa.
  • Completion of an approved nursing program.
