About the role
This position is critical in supporting our sales organization to ensure customer satisfaction by proactively managing the handover of customer orders between sales, contracts, order management, and program management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely handoff between sales, contracts, and customer fulfillment organizations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues while coordinating with internal teams to ensure resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately track, process, and update customer orders; manage order status and shipping details to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain organized customer records, update sales databases, and handle sales documentation.
- Provide support to the sales team, share sales data and reports, and contribute to the creation of sales materials and strategies.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in sales transactions, product issues, and other post-purchase matters.
- Contribute and suggest improvements in sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and the customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data and trends, and prepare reports to help the sales team make informed decisions.
Requirements
- A.S. in Business Administration, Program Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Three years of experience in program administration, customer service, or customer relations is preferred.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and SAP software.
- Ability to create well-organized, clear presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to provide compassionate and effective support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects.
- Ability to proactively identify issues, analyze situations, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team to achieve common goals.
- U.S. citizenship and capability to obtain a U.S. Public Trust Clearance.
Pay
The total compensation for this position is $55K–$75K, including base salary, variable pay (when applicable), and benefits. Individual pay within the range is determined by factors such as location, education, relevant work history, sales incentive structure, and job-related skills.
