Job Description And Duties

The Disability and Survivor Benefit Division (DSBD), Post-Retirement Survivor Benefits team is seeking to fill an Analyst II position. Under the direction of a Supervisor I, the Analyst II will determine eligibility and entitlement to benefits, perform calculations, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve the most complex survivor benefit cases.

Minimum Qualifications

Telework Information

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.
