Post Process Technician

About the Role

Provides post-production support by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

• Bending wires
• Acrylic repair and finishing
• Polishing
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma; two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (a plus).
• Proficient understanding of basic dental terminology (a plus).
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.
• Ability to write simple notes.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Good hand skills and keen eye for details.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Work Environment

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
