Post Press Operator - 3rd Shift

Role Overview

The General Bindery Operator operates moderately complex post-press equipment, performing preventive maintenance and processing multiple product types.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment such as Advent Machines
• Perform tasks including cutting, handwork, 3-hole drilling, and packing
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure quality standards
• Interpret and execute order instructions, maintaining proper ink density, color matching, and other attributes to meet customer expectations
• Resolve production issues by adjusting processes and communicate needs to management as necessary

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic computer skills required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 3 years of warehouse experience preferred
• 1 year of plating experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• PC knowledge
• Effective communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate between $22.00-$23.00
