Post Partum Charge RN
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map content to appropriate headings.
We have:
- About Who We Are -> could be "About the role"? Actually "About Who We Are" is about the organization. Could be "About the role"? But we have a Job Summary separate. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should use those exact headings when appropriate. However we can also use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings for sections. Probably we should use those headings where applicable. Let's map:
- About the role: Could contain the "Why MountainView Regional Medical Center?" and "About Who We Are" and maybe Job Summary? But Job Summary is separate. Could treat Job Summary as "About the role". But we also have Essential Functions (Responsibilities). Qualifications (Requirements). Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (Skills). Benefits (Benefits). Pay (Pay). No Schedule.
Thus sections:
About the role
-> include the introductory paragraph about why MountainView, plus maybe the "About Who We Are". Also maybe the Job Summary? But Job Summary is more like a summary of the role; could be included there. However we have also "Job Summary" heading in the posting; we could treat that as part of About the role. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can combine.
Better: Use headings exactly as they appear in posting? The instruction says use those headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Likely they want us to map content to those standard headings. So we will produce sections with those headings only if we have content.
Thus:
About the role
-> include: "Why MountainView Regional Medical Center?" paragraph, "About Who We Are" paragraph, and maybe the Job Summary paragraph.
Responsibilities
-> Essential Functions list.
Requirements
-> Qualifications paragraph (0-2 years experience).
Skills
-> Knowledge, Skills And Abilities list.
Benefits
-> Benefits paragraph list.
Pay
-> Sign-on bonus up to $20,000.
We also have Licenses and Certifications; could be part of Requirements or Skills? Could be a separate section but not in the list. Could include under Requirements or Skills. Probably better to include under Requirements as additional detail. Or we could add a separate heading "Licenses and Certifications" but instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can incorporate into Requirements or Skills. I'd put under Requirements as bullet list.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, immigration sponsorship note? That's substantive? It says "This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer." That's a requirement; we could include under Requirements as a note.
We must remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The immigration note is not EEO but maybe considered legal; but it's a requirement about work authorization. Might keep as it's substantive. However it's a standard statement; but it's about eligibility. I'd keep it as part of Requirements.
Now format: Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
Thus:
