About the role
The role involves managing post-harvest processes to ensure quality control and efficiency in cannabis production.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the sorting and packaging of harvested cannabis products
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Monitor and maintain equipment to prevent downtime
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (agriculture, horticulture, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience in post-harvest operations
- Strong knowledge of cannabis cultivation and harvesting techniques
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly detail-oriented with attention to quality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Knowledge of cannabis cultivation and harvesting techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
