About the role

The role involves managing post-harvest processes to ensure quality control and efficiency in cannabis production.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sorting and packaging of harvested cannabis products
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to prevent downtime
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (agriculture, horticulture, etc.)
  • At least 2 years of experience in post-harvest operations
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis cultivation and harvesting techniques
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly detail-oriented with attention to quality
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

  • Knowledge of cannabis cultivation and harvesting techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
