Post Harvest Associate I
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Remove sugar leaves from medical cannabis using shears, scissors, etc.
- Weigh, package, label, record/track medical cannabis for distribution by hand or using the Green Vault automated packaging machine
- Take instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the Management Team
- Work in a quick and efficient manner to meet daily goals
- Maintain a culture of professionalism and service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure daily compliance with policies, including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules
- Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure
Qualifications

- General knowledge of weights and measurements
- Ability to be accountable to meet daily & weekly goals
- Ability to multi-task and maintain work consistency daily
- High attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle stress

Education and Experience
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

About the Role
The Post Harvest Associate I is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the Curio management team. The Post Harvest Associate I will be trained in the use of equipment for trimming and packaging.
