The Opportunity:

The UCF College of Engineering and Computer Science seeks a PostDoc to conduct research in Advance Logistics using Elements of Military Space Operations. This role requires a Ph.D. in physics, chemistry, or materials science with at least two years of postdoctoral research experience in first-principles calculations and computational materials design. Familiarity with materials thermodynamics and proficiency in Python coding and machine learning are preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

Department:

The UCF College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) - Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) invites applications for a PostDoc position in Advance Logistics using Elements of Military Space Operations. The position is based in the CECS-MSE department.

Schedule:

The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Type of Appointment:

This is a Fixed Term appointment.

Expected Salary:

$57,000.00
