Post-Doctoral Research Fellow

Position: Post-Doc Research Fellow in Psychiatric Genetics Role And Responsibilities Lead NIH-funded research projects focused on neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders.Develop and utilize patient-specific iPSC-derived neurons and brain organoid models to study molecular and cellular phenotypes.Perform advanced laboratory techniques including single-cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, and electrophysiological analyses.Design experiments, analyze data, and contribute to scientific publications and proposals.Ensure compliance with research guidelines, IRB regulations, and institutional policies.Assist in preparing research applications, progress reports, and revisions. Qualifications And Skills PhD or MD in a relevant science field.Experience in Molecular/Cellular Biology, Neuroscience, or Genomics preferred.Knowledge of neuroscience research, iPSC culture, and organoid differentiation advantageous.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
