Post Doctoral Fellow - Psychology

About the role

The Clinical Psychology Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow position will be housed within the OSU Behavioral Medicine Clinic, part of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. This is a 12-month, full-time training program designed to meet the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists' postdoctoral supervision and training requirements for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient medical setting.
• Refined assessment, therapy, and consultation skills across diverse client populations.
• Specialize in areas such as integrated behavioral health, trauma, neuropsychological assessment, and school-based services.
• Participate in didactic seminars, supervision of trainees, multidisciplinary collaboration, and program development.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA- or CPA-accredited program.
• Degree must be conferred prior to the fellowship start date.
• Completion of an APA- or CPA-accredited predoctoral internship.
• Demonstrated competence in psychological assessment and intervention with children and/or adults.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for postdoctoral supervision toward licensure in the State of Oklahoma.

• Experience working in medical, academic, or interdisciplinary behavioral health settings.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practice, diversity, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Pay

Commensurate with education and experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional evenings and weekends.
