Job Description

The Anita Zucker Center for Excellence in Early Childhood Studies at the University of Florida is seeking qualified and enthusiastic Postdoctoral Associates interested in joining a team of highly productive and committed scholars.

Implementation Science and Practice Post-Doctoral Associates at the Anita Zucker Center have opportunities to:

  • Coordinate implementation, demonstration, and training and technical assistance projects funded by external sponsors with situated mentorship provided by Principal Investigators/Project Directors or Co-Principal Investigators/Co-Directors;
  • Advance knowledge about and apply implementation science and practice in the context of implementation, demonstration, and training and technical assistance projects being implemented across diverse early childhood settings;
  • Establish a scholarship and dissemination record with ongoing mentoring supports.

Expected Salary

Salary is negotiable, competitive, and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Minimum Requirements

A doctoral degree in early childhood education, special education, psychology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Post-doctoral associates should have a commitment to advancing transdisciplinary practices and policies in early childhood studies and to ensuring equitable opportunities and outcomes for children and families and the practitioners who support them.
