Post Doc Scholar
The Department of Agricultural Economics at the University of Kentucky invites applications for a Postdoctoral Scholar position to contribute to collaborative research focused on food policy and consumer demand.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will work closely with faculty researchers to support the development and implementation of research projects examining how food policies, market conditions, and consumer preferences influence food choices and outcomes. Responsibilities include contributing to research design, data collection and management, quantitative and/or econometric analysis, interpretation of results, and the preparation of scholarly publications and research presentations.

Required Education
Candidates must have completed all doctoral degree requirements by the start date of the appointment.
Required Related Experience
Research in the area of food policy and consumer demand.
Preferred Education/Experience

Salary Range: $47,476 - $55,000
