Post Doc Fellow, College of Medicine, Department of Anesthesiology

Job Overview

A postdoctoral scholar position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Chelsie Brewer. The scholar will have the opportunity to conduct basic and translationally relevant pain research in the Department of Anesthesiology.

Essential Functions

• Design and conduct experiments.
• Analyze data and communicate results through meetings, conferences, and manuscripts.
• Collaborate with laboratory members and colleagues.
• Stay up-to-date on advancements in the field and share relevant findings with the research team.
• May contribute to training and/or supervision of colleagues.
• The incumbent will conduct experiments and analyze data in compliance with the policies and procedures of the University of Cincinnati.

Required Education

• MD, PhD, or MD/PhD in neuroscience or a related field (Bioinformatics, genetics, etc.).

Additional Qualifications Considered
