Post-Closing Specialist
Responsibilities
- Pulls Daily outstanding reports from all Investor and vendor sites.
- Obtains and provides missing or additional documents, post purchase of loans, as required by Investors.
- Performs regular follow-ups of requested documents, ensuring Investor due dates are met, on all loans with deficiencies in assigned pipeline.
- Notarize documents in-house.
- MERS process daily registration, monthly reconciliation, and annual reporting.
- Licensed Notary perferred In-office possible Hybrid
- Obtain outstanding trailing docs requesting final title policies, security instruments, and coordinate any corrections needed.
- Sub-servicer loan boarding and providing missing items or corrections as requested.
Qualifications
- 2 Years of Mortgage Industry experience.
- Jr. Underwriting or Loan Processing experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technologically proficient in MS Windows software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
