About the role

The role of Post Closing Coordinator involves managing the final stages of loan closings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues that arise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage post-closing tasks including document review and preparation
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure timely completion of closing processes
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the closing process
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in loan processing or related field
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of loan closing procedures and regulations

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using loan closing software
