Post-Bachelor's Outreach Intern

Responsibilities

MPA‑CINT is seeking a Post‑Bachelor's intern to help support the CINT User Program at the Gateway. The selected candidate will assist with creative outreach efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in graphic design, event planning, outreach, and who is looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with our staff to create distinctive outreach materials and to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Requirements

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse technical and professional population.
• Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to working on a team.
• Graphic Design/Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software including Premier Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Canva.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Google Suite etc.
• Experience working in a customer service environment.

Qualifications

• Desired: Experience in event planning.
