About the role
Staff RN in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), providing specialized nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia.
Responsibilities
- Deliver post-anesthesia care, monitor patient recovery, and assess vital signs.
- Manage pain, sedation, and ensure patient safety during recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families about post-operative care and recovery processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to evidence-based practices.
