About the role
Staff RN in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) within Healthcare & Medical Services.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgery or procedures.
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs, pain levels, and sedation status.
- Manage pain control and sedation protocols to ensure safe recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes following evidence-based practices.
