Post-Acute Care CNA

About the Role

Provide residents with prompt and courteous routine daily nursing care and services per the resident's assessment and care plan. Comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions with others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine daily nursing care to residents based on their individual assessments and care plans.
• Adhere to Federal, State, and Local regulatory standards for community operation.
• Integrate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into all interactions and tasks.

Schedule

• Part-time: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Part-time: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• Full-time: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• PRN/On-call: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
• 8-hour shifts.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
