About the role

We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Technical Architect to design and lead the implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions across our global teams in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, and India. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science stakeholders to define scalable architectures that integrate AI capabilities into our core platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML systems, cloud-native design, and enterprise-grade architecture patterns, with a passion for driving innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evangelize AI architecture principles, patterns, and best practices across distributed teams.
  • Design end-to-end AI solutions leveraging modern cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and open-source frameworks.
  • Lead architecture reviews, trade-off analyses, and proof-of-concepts for AI use cases in risk, automation, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and MLOps teams to ensure robust, scalable, and secure AI pipelines.
  • Partner with product and business teams to align AI initiatives with strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Mentor engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software architecture experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems.
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML architecture, including model serving, inference optimization, and data pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
  • Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
  • Prior experience in financial services, risk systems, or large-scale enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
