About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Fullstack Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex, scalable, and high-performance full-stack solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical strategy, establish best practices, and guide the development team in delivering robust enterprise applications. This position requires deep expertise in both back-end and front-end technologies, with a strong emphasis on Java and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall technical architecture for full-stack Java applications.
• Lead the design and development of scalable microservices and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React or Angular.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency and system performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality, maintainability, and security.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation and technical specifications.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Java Fullstack Architect or a similar senior technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
• Expert-level experience with front-end technologies, specifically React or Angular.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, enterprise-level full-stack projects.
• Relevant certifications in Java, cloud architecture, or related technologies are a plus.
