About the role
The opportunity involves supporting mission requirements through PD classification activities, coordinating with Training Command personnel and external partners, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of PD packages.
Responsibilities
- Gather, prepare, and complete all required documentation for PD classification packages
- Coordinate with Training Command personnel and external partners to obtain necessary inputs and approvals
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Prepare PD packages for submission through Request for Personnel Action (RPA) in the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS)
- Track and monitor PD package progress; maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Provide regular updates and briefings to leadership on status, outstanding actions, and timelines
- Communicate professionally and effectively with geographically dispersed stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience with USMC PD classification processes, including PD types and required package components
- Experience submitting classification packages via Request for Personnel Action (RPA) in DCPDS
- Knowledge of civilian personnel classification procedures and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple PD packages simultaneously and maintain organized, accurate documentation
- Secret clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Experience with Marine Corps civilian personnel hiring and classification processes
- Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders across multiple locations
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Human Resource, Talent Management, manpower, or personnel management
- Human Resource, Talent Management, manpower, or personnel management certifications
Skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen's benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
