Position Control Assistant
for section headings. Use - for lists. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. Remove navigation etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So include benefits text, salary range, general summary, essential functions, qualifications (required, preferred, knowledge, skill, ability), work environment, physical demands, general requirements/disclaimers.
We need to decide headings: Could use "About the role" for General Summary. "Responsibilities" for Essential Functions And Responsibilities. "Qualifications" could contain subheadings? But we only allowed headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings. We can have multiple sections but only those headings. We need to decide which content goes where.
We have benefits -> Benefits section. Pay -> Pay section. Schedule not present -> omit.
We have General Summary -> About the role.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities -> Responsibilities.
Qualifications -> Qualifications section (maybe includes Required Education and Experience, Preferred Education And Experience, Knowledge Of, Skill In, Ability To). Could split into Requirements? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. Could put Required Education and Experience under Requirements, and Preferred plus Knowledge/Skill/Ability under Qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine all qualifications into one Qualifications section. Use subheadings? Not allowed? Only h3 for section headings; we could still use ? Not specified. Safer to just use
and
inside Qualifications.
Skills -> maybe we could put Skill In under Skills section. But we already have Qualifications; we could also have Skills section separate. However instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So better to have fewer sections. Could combine Skills into Qualifications.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay.
We need to include all details.
Let's extract details.

We also have WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS and PHYSICAL DEMANDS and General Requirements And Disclaimers. Those are substantive; we need to include them. But we have limited headings. Could we add another section like "Working Conditions"? Not in allowed list but maybe we can still use h3 for any heading; the examples are not exhaustive. The instruction: "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples, not exclusive. So we can add other headings like "Work Environment", "Physical Demands", "General Requirements". That seems okay.
Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Work Environment, Physical Demands, General Requirements.
We must not include empty sections.
