Core Responsibilities
- Affords assistance to the POSH Fundraising Manager in the entirety of the Priests of the Sacred Heart (POSH) fundraising program.
- Engages in all facets of Direct Mail production to ensure adherence to deadlines and project timelines.
- Involves in tasks such as updating projects in NetSuite, submitting edits to vendors, and compiling review binders.
- Serves as the principal liaison in the editing and production process, routing direct mail reviews to relevant staff and communicating necessary edits to the producing partner (Tipi Press Printing or a vendor).
- Maintains a comprehensive digital and physical archive of sample mailings and oversees the implementation and review of thank-you letters.
- Assists with the development and maintenance of text campaigns and collaborates with POSH digital staff to update and proofread donation pages and emails.
- Participates in bidding processes and purchase order issuance, reviews and approves invoices, manages inventory, and issues invoices for campaigns mailed at St. Joseph’s Indian School.
- Assists with list purchases and approvals, evaluating selection criteria and test data files.
- Performs as a backup to, and fulfills other responsibilities assigned by, the POSH Fundraising Manager.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required.
- An associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Energetic personality with the capability to be respectfully assertive when dealing with vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn iSynergy and utilize MS Excel and MS Word.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent character and personal integrity.
Physical Demands
- Uses both hands and wrists repetitively for prolonged periods.
Expectations of Hours Worked
- At least 40 hours per week.
Pay
Starting salary at $27/hour.
Schedule
Non-exempt position in Chamberlain.
