Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Oracle MICROS Simphony STS Gen 2 integrations and POS solutions.
- Participate in the migration of legacy STS Gen 1 (SOAP/XML) interfaces to STS Gen 2 (REST/JSON) architecture.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve POS integration issues across multiple systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to support ongoing POS enhancements and modernization efforts.
- Aid in system testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Document integration processes, technical requirements, and system configurations.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting Oracle MICROS Simphony STS Gen 2.
- Strong understanding of POS systems and integration technologies.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and modern integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of SOAP/XML integrations and experience supporting migration efforts from legacy platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise-level applications and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with .NET technologies.
- Previous experience supporting large-scale retail, hospitality, food service, or transaction-based environments.
- Familiarity with digital ordering platforms, kiosks, mobile applications, and payment processing systems.
