Portrait Designer - Inside Sales
About the role
Vita Brevis Fine Art is seeking a charismatic and passionate Portrait Designer for Inside Sales to join their dynamic team in Colorado Springs. This full-time role is centered around consultative selling, where you'll have the opportunity to connect with clients during pre-scheduled appointments, delivering a luxurious photography experience without the need for lead generation or follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in-person, presenting image, size, and finish options in a scripted, relaxed sales environment to achieve a 100% close rate.
- Conduct 45-minute to 1-hour consultations with up to 8 sessions per day, supported by ongoing training and a strong team environment.
- Contribute to a family-oriented workplace, focusing on delivering exceptional service while enjoying work-life balance, including a 3.5-day work week.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales environment
- Ability to sell from a scripted flow while maintaining authenticity
- Charisma to build rapport quickly
- Motivated, Confident, Punctual, and Dependable
- Professional appearance that represents a luxury brand
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay
Competitive base salary, commission, and weekly, monthly and quarterly incentives with annual earnings expectations of $80,000 to $120,000 PLUS- NO CAP!
Schedule
Variable shifts, including weekend days. Shift is one of 2 shifts but both are 3.5 days on and 3.5 days off a week.
