About the role
Fisher Phillips seeks an Entry-Level Associate to join our Portland, Oregon office. We are looking for a highly motivated 2026 or 2027 law school graduate with excellent academic credentials and a genuine interest in labor and employment law. Prior work experience is preferred but not required. This position is ideal for a recent or upcoming law school graduate looking to start their legal career in labor and employment law.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of labor and employment law
- Work closely with experienced attorneys on a diverse range of cases
- Rising 3L students may have the opportunity to work as a part-time law clerk during the 3L school year, subject to their law school’s applicable policies
Requirements
- Hold, or be on track to earn, a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Candidates graduating in 2026 must be scheduled to sit for the July 2026 Oregon bar exam
