About the role
This role is part of the GCOG Portfolio Team.
Responsibilities
- Manage federal accounts including receivable balances, invoice submission, collection functions, account reconciliation, and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in reconciliation or data analysis.
- Intermediate Excel skills: More experience than beginner level, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and other functions.
- Experience with projects or process improvements: Demonstrated ability to work independently, contribute to a team, and be proactive.
Qualifications
- US Citizen, GC Holder, GC EAD, OPT, EAD, or CPT status required.
- Flexible work schedule: Set days in the office and others remote, with a start time of 7 or 7:30.
Skills
- Excel proficiency (intermediate level).
- Reconciliation and data analysis experience.
- Project management and process improvement skills.
