The Portfolio Representative II (Collector II) helps maintain portfolio health and support customer success by managing delinquent accounts and negotiating repayment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of delinquent customer accounts
- Negotiate repayment plans within established guidelines
- Resolve customer issues and identify root causes of delinquency
- Maintain accurate documentation of account activity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics such as PTP kept and QA scores
- Effectively manage assigned portfolio volume and maintain productivity targets
- Demonstrate strong compliance and documentation accuracy
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer contact experience
- 1+ year of collections or account resolution experience
- Experience using CRM or similar systems in a customer-facing environment
Skills
- Experience managing a personal portfolio of accounts
- Ability to analyze customer financial situations to recommend solutions
