Responsibilities
- Design and enhance forward-looking cash flow forecasting methodologies, improving how capital calls, distributions, and funding needs are projected across portfolios
- Track deployment pipeline and portfolio cash flows to ensure forward visibility
- Identify and manage liquidity mismatches; recommend actions (pacing, financing, etc.)
- Build and maintain portfolio monitoring frameworks (exposures, performance, risk)
- Develop models and tools for liquidity forecasting and portfolio analytics
- Structure and standardize fragmented data to support consistent, decision-ready reporting
- Translate analysis into clear insights for portfolio reviews and senior leadership
- Establish governance routines (liquidity reviews, risk reviews, reporting cycles)
- Define and implement RACI across Portfolio Management, Investment Teams, Treasury, and Ops
- Own the “single source of truth” for key portfolio inputs (liquidity, commitments, leverage, exposures)
- Build scalable workflows and reporting infrastructure to reduce friction across teams
- Drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, working directly with teams to implement and embed solutions
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in portfolio management, analytics, treasury/liquidity, or private markets
- Understanding of fund mechanics (capital calls, distributions, leverage facilities) and portfolio construction dynamics
- Experience in a multi-strategy private markets platform (e.g., secondaries, co-invest, fund of funds)
- Exposure to data tools (e.e., Power BI, Alteryx, SQL/Snowflake)
- Experience building processes, data tools, or operating models
- Ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable insights
- Strong analytical and modeling capabilities (Excel required; exposure to data tools a plus)
- Experience working across teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Organized and process-oriented, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations
Pay
Salary Range: $102,000 - $153,000 per year
