- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So each bullet can be a
- . We'll keep the content as is.
Requirements: Under "WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?" includes Required Qualifications* and Additional Qualifications.
Required Qualifications*:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business or related field
- Minimum 4 years of progressively increasing credit underwriting and portfolio management experience in relevant industry/industries
Additional Qualifications (list):
- Advanced experience in credit management and lending operations, with a strong understanding of risk management principles
- Desire to build leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to train and develop talent
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Industry-specific knowledge and expertise
We could put these under Requirements heading (or Qualifications). The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide. Since we have both required and additional qualifications, we could combine into Requirements (or Qualifications). Perhaps we make a section "Requirements" for required qualifications, and "Qualifications" for additional qualifications? But they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine all into one section "Requirements". Or we could have "Requirements" for required, and "Qualifications" for additional, but that's two sections. Might be okay if both have content. But we need to avoid thin sections; each has multiple items, so fine.
We also have Skills: maybe we could extract skills from additional qualifications: communication, collaboration, analytical, leadership, etc. But we already have them in qualifications. Could create a Skills section but might be redundant. Better to not create Skills if not distinct.
Benefits: Under "WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?" includes Benefits and Perks bullet list:
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including Medical, Dental and Vision plans, available the first of the month following start date
- Generous 401(k) company matching contribution
- Career Development through Tuition Reimbursement and other internal upskilling and training resources
- Valued Time Away benefits including vacation, sick and volunteer time
- Specialized health and family planning benefits including fertility benefits, and cancer, diabetes and musculoskeletal support programs
- Career Mobility support from a dedicated recruitment team
- Colleague Resource Groups to support networking and community engagement
Also there is "Get a more detailed look at our Benefits and Perks." (link) but we can ignore as boilerplate? It's not boilerplate but it's a call to action; maybe we can include as part of benefits? It's not a benefit; it's a link. Probably we can omit as it's not substantive benefit.
Pay: Under "Compensation": Starting base salary: $111,408 - $189,738 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not create Schedule section.
Also there is "About Us" section after benefits. Could we include as "About the role"? Already used. Could add another section "About the Company" but not in list; maybe we can incorporate into About the role as additional paragraph. But the instruction says use those headings only; we can add other headings if needed? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are examples; we could use others but better to stick to those. We could put About Us under About the role as additional paragraph. Thus final HTML:
