Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial statements, credit requests, and client performance to evaluate lending opportunities and risk.
  • Manage portfolio administration activities while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to support and strengthen commercial client relationships.
  • Maintain and monitor portfolio performance, repayment activity, and overall credit quality to proactively manage risk.
  • Recommend loan structures and participate in the loan approval and renewal process.
  • Identify and refer cross-sell opportunities across Treasury Management, Private Banking, Capital Markets, and other banking services.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and credit teams to deliver responsive, high-quality client service.
  • Participate in community and business activities to strengthen market presence and build professional relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Banking, Specialized Banking, or Credit Approval.
  • 2+ years of experience handling complex commercial credits.
  • 1+ years of formal credit training.
  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.

Pay

$58,030.00 - $99,480.00 per year
