Summary The Commercial Portfolio Manager partners with Relationship Managers to provide credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management support for commercial and corporate borrowers. In a fast-paced environment, they lead loan structuring, origination, underwriting, and servicing of their assigned portfolio. The role involves independent work with mentorship to junior team members and close collaboration with Credit Analysts. Key responsibilities include analyzing loans, risk mitigation, managing complex client relationships, and developing lending proposals. They oversee post-approval due diligence and documentation, build a targeted high-value portfolio, and partner with junior staff for task delegation and skill development. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of commercial underwriting and portfolio management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong financial analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
