About The Role Chapman BMW on Camelback is seeking a confident, customer-focused sales professional to join our team as a Portfolio Manager. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying vehicle upgrade and purchase opportunities, and helping customers make informed decisions about their current and future vehicle needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable initiating conversations, consistently following up with customers, and developing long-term relationships. This role works closely with our sales, service, and management teams to create opportunities while providing the exceptional customer experience expected from Chapman BMW on Camelback. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of existing customers through consistent phone, text, and email follow-up, identifying vehicle purchase, upgrade, trade-in, equity, and lease-end opportunitiesBuild and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding customer needs, providing personalized recommendations, and creating opportunities for repeat and referral businessWork with customers in both the sales and service departments to identify opportunities to purchase, lease, upgrade, or replace their current vehiclePartner with sales management, service advisors, and technicians to evaluate customer needs, address concerns, and present appropriate vehicle or replacement optionsManage vehicle orders, customer specifications, lease terminations, and delivery communications throughout the sales processMonitor customer vehicle ownership cycles and proactively follow up to maximize customer retention and identify future sales opportunitiesMaintain accurate customer information, follow-up activity, and sales opportunities within the dealership CRM and related systemsAssist with other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous sales experience requiredAutomotive sales experience strongly preferredCRM experience preferredFormer service advisor experience a plusBilingual in Spanish a plusStrong relationship-building and customer retention skillsAbility to confidently approach customers and initiate conversationsSelf-motivated with the ability to consistently follow up and manage a portfolio of customersStrong verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of computer systems and windows-based applications with the ability to quickly learn new systemsAbility to stand for extended periods of time and safely drive or move vehiclesValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a drug screen Compensation & Perks Competitive Pay: Uncapped CommissionOpportunities for career growth and advancementSupportive, team-oriented workplaceEmployee discounts and assistance programsVolunteer opportunities and employee engagement programsClosed on Sundays Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionsLife insurancePaid time off and holidays How To Apply Submit your application for consideration.
