Portfolio Management Analyst I- Global Fund Banking

Responsibilities

• Ensures borrower compliance and availability for straight-forward loan advances.
• Timely tracking and review of expected statements from borrowers.
• Other loan maintenance tasks.
• Performs client outreach for advance and payment status updates and request clarifications.
• Collaborates with Senior Credit Officers for draws requested from uncommitted balances.
• Navigates a comprehensive set of procedures, accurately identifying and executing correct protocol for each situation.
• Interacts with multiple Global Fund Banking teams and other Business Partners throughout the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of professional office/banking experience or High School diploma/GED with 2 years of experience.
• Prioritizes proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint Online, for data analysis.
• Experience in navigating and applying procedural frameworks, with the ability to escalate issues and follow-up appropriately.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of working independently.
• Strong critical thinking, proactive nature, and a desire to collaborate with team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with business partners, leadership, and clients via email and phone.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal teams.
• Strong multitasking abilities, especially during high-volume days, with attention to detail.
• Adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
