About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of a portfolio of properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models for property portfolios
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with property management teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage cash flow for properties
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management or finance
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
