About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of a portfolio of properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for property portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage cash flow for properties
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management or finance
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
