Portfolio Director, Prevention & Treatment

About the role

Shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. Collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. Directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Refine and lead the strategic roadmap for both Para/Bios and Vet & Human Pharmaceuticals categories
• Own category-level P&L performance across Para/Bios and Pharma
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build and implement go-to-market strategies
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing on vendor performance and joint business plans
• Work closely on Proprietary Brand product requirements and market introduction
• Communicate category strategy and performance metrics with senior leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (required)
• MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in product management, category leadership, business development, or supplier management
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, parasiticides/biologics, healthcare, or animal health (strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of driving financial results across multiple product categories

Pay

$126,200 – $180,300 annually
