Portfolio Coordinator
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences.
We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
Content includes:
- Intro about Moog culture: maybe "About the role" or "About Moog". Could be "About the role" includes description of role and context.
- Responsibilities: list of duties under "As the Portfolio Coordinator, you will…" many bullet points.
- Requirements/Qualifications: "To qualify for the Portfolio Coordinator role, here is what we would expect you to bring to Moog…" includes education, experience, ServiceNow, etc. Also preferences.
- Skills: maybe combine with qualifications? Could have "Qualifications" and "Skills". But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine qualifications and skills into one "Qualifications" section with bullet list.
- Benefits: "How We Care For You" includes Financial Rewards, Work/Life Balance, Health & Welfare, Professional Skills Development, Culture. That's benefits.
- Pay: Salary Range Transparency: $70,000–$85,000 annually. That's pay.
- Schedule: "You will have a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days in-office each week, at our Corporate Headquarters in East Aurora, NY." Also earlier "Work Schedule Hybrid – Buffalo, NY". So schedule section.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text. All have real content.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, contact HR, agency stuff, export-controlled info, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
We'll produce sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (ul), Qualifications (ul), Benefits (ul), Pay (p maybe?), Schedule (p). Could also have Skills separate but we can incorporate into Qualifications.
We need to use
for each section heading.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For Benefits we have multiple categories; we could make a ul with li each containing subpoints maybe as paragraphs? But we can keep simple: each benefit category as li with description.
Pay: we can put in a
with the salary range.
Schedule: also a
.
We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading.
Let's extract substantive content.
Intro paragraph: "Moog is a performance culture that empowers people to achieve great things. Our people enjoy solving interesting technical challenges in a culture where everyone trusts each other to do the right thing. For you, working with us can mean deeper job satisfaction, better rewards, and a great quality of life inside and outside of work."
Then maybe also "Job Title Portfolio Coordinator Reporting To Technology Portfolio Office Manager Work Schedule Hybrid – Buffalo, NY" but we shouldn't repeat job title as heading; we can fold minor metadata into a short p or drop it. The work schedule is covered later; we could drop this line.
Then description: "Moog’s Corporate IT organization is looking for a Portfolio Coordinator to provide operational support to the Technology Portfolio Management Office (PfMO). In this role, you will be in an operational and administrative role focused on maintaining accurate portfolio information, supporting governance and reporting processes, and serving as a key coordinator for portfolio management systems and records. Working closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Technology leaders, Procurement, and Finance, you will help ensure portfolio data is current, complete, and actionable. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in systems and data, and interested in supporting portfolio operations, reporting, governance administration, and non-project operational intake coordination. You will not own business analysis deliverables or project governance agendas, but provide the structure, data quality, coordination, accountability, and follow-up needed for the PfMO to operate effectively."
That could be part of About the role.
Now Responsibilities: list under "As the Portfolio Coordinator, you will…" each bullet.
Let's extract each bullet:
- Coordinate portfolio information in ServiceNow SPM and related modules, partnering with record owners to keep records current and validated.
- Monitor portfolio data quality and proactively identify missing, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information.
- Partner with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Procurement, Finance, and technology stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and maintain reliable portfolio records.
- Support the ongoing optimization of portfolio management processes, reporting, workflows, and tools through configuration, testing, and the strategic use of AI and automation to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Prepare recurring portfolio reports, dashboards, scorecards, and status summaries.
- Consolidate project and demand information from multiple sources into standardized reporting outputs.
- Monitor portfolio metrics, data completeness, and reporting trends requiring follow-up or escalation.
- Support executive and governance reporting by preparing data, summaries, and presentation inputs prescribed by portfolio leadership.
- Support Business Analysts and Project Managers with portfolio processes, standards, reporting requirements, and data entry expectations.
- Monitor key portfolio activities and follow up on outstanding updates, actions, and deliverables.
- Assist with portfolio intake administration, project registration, status updates, lifecycle administration, documentation maintenance, templates, and process materials.
- Coordinate and oversee the intake process for non-project operational work, ensuring requests are routed appropriately, required groups complete their reviews and actions, and items are shepherded through the process to closure.
Now Qualifications/Requirements: "To qualify for the Portfolio Coordinator role, here is what we would expect you to bring to Moog…"
List:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Over one year of experience in PMO support, project coordination, portfolio administration, business operations, reporting, data management, or related roles.
- Experience working with ServiceNow, including data entry, reporting, workflow administration, or portfolio-related activities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy across multiple systems and reporting sources.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills with the ability to drive assigned tasks to completion.
- Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite.
Preferences (Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who Have Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Familiarity with portfolio governance, project lifecycle administration, and operational reporting. Experience developing or maintaining tracking repositories, reporting solutions, operational dashboards, or Power BI reports.)
We could combine preferences into same qualifications section or separate "Preferred Qualifications". But to avoid many thin sections, we can include them in Qualifications as bullet points, maybe label as "Preferred". But we need to preserve all info; we can include them as bullet points.
Now Benefits: "How We Care For You" sections:
Financial Rewards: great compensation package, bonus opportunities, matching 401k, and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (select locations), Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts
Work/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program.
Health & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (“EAP”) and other supplemental benefit coverages.
Professional Skills Development: Tuition Assistance, mentorship and coaching opportunities, leadership development and other personal growth programs
Culture: Warm, respectful, family-like environment driven by our 12 core values. Multiple Employee Resource Groups led by our employees, open and welcoming to all.
We can make each as li.
Pay: Salary Range Transparency Buffalo, NY $70,000.00–$85,000.00 Annually
We also have Salary Range Disclaimer but that's boilerplate? It's explanatory but maybe we can keep short? The instruction: remove duplicated lines, but we can keep the salary range itself. The disclaimer may be considered boilerplate but it's not duplicated; it's explanatory. However we might drop it to keep concise. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The disclaimer is not a section; it's just text. Could include as a p after pay? Might be okay but could be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO/legal; it's about salary range. Might keep as a short p.
Schedule: "You will have a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days in-office each week, at our Corporate Headquarters in East Aurora, NY."
Also earlier "Work Schedule Hybrid – Buffalo, NY". We'll include schedule.
Now we need to output HTML fragment.
