Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning tasks in various areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, ensuring everything is prepared for daily operations
• Assist with setup and teardown for events, ensuring all required materials are accessible
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks and report any major issues to the facilities management team
• Provide excellent customer service by being approachable and assisting customers with inquiries
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in custodial, janitorial, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving up to 50 lbs
• An attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
