Outside Porter-Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the exterior areas, including parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaping
• Perform routine litter removal and general upkeep of outdoor spaces
• Ensure that all outdoor furniture and amenities are clean and in good condition
• Conduct regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify maintenance needs and report them promptly
• Assist with snow removal and other weather-related tasks as required
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with guests and staff

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in outdoor maintenance or custodial roles is an advantage
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
