Porter - Southerly LoSo

Join our dynamic Property Management team as a Porter at Southerly LoSo, sustaining the cleanliness and quality of the property through cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles, and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.

Requirements

• One year of experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Passing of criminal background check, non-DOT testing, and MVR.

Pay
