Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property
• Cleaning apartments and common areas
• Checking and replacing exterior lighting
• Removing litter, debris, and pet droppings from the grounds
• Removing abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes
• Detailing property
• Aiding with various physical tasks as directed
• Aiding with "make-ready" duties
• Cleaning and maintaining storage areas
• Distributing resident communications
• Performing work area clean-up and safety-related duties

Qualifications

• Able to lift heavy items
• Reliable and good transportation skills
• General maintenance skills

Compensation and Benefits

• $20-$22/hour
