Responsibilities

• Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances/elevator landings in the entire garage, including emptying ash urns daily and trash receptacles at ½ full or higher, and sweeping litter and cigarette butts.
• Use a mop or power washer to eliminate stains from liquid spills in the common area.
• Maintain general cleaning of the garage using a mobile garbage can, broom, and dustpan, including debris around and between vehicles.
• Power wash areas of the garage entrances and exits as needed.
• Provide directions and assist guests with inquiries, including lost vehicle assistance and flat tire help.
• Ensure guest confidentiality and maintain security of financial and identifying information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Skills

• Basic general cleaning knowledge.
• Ability to read and write Standard English.
• Effective communication skills.
• Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.

Pay

The hourly base pay range for this position is $17 per hour.

Schedule

The work schedule for this position is flexible, with a requirement to work between the hours of 1:30 PM and 1:00 AM.
