Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents throughout the community.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including bathrooms, function rooms, stairways, hallways, parking lot, sidewalks, windows, carpets, floors, and all other public spaces.
• Clean assigned common areas in accordance with guidelines established by the Director of Housekeeping.
• Assist the Director of Housekeeping as needed.
• Perform special cleaning projects and assist with snow removal when required.
• Interact with residents, resident families, guests, and team members while maintaining a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.

Requirements

• Upbeat, friendly, pleasant, and courteous demeanor when dealing with peers, supervisors, guests, residents, and management.
• Consistent, reliable, and thorough with all cleaning practices.
• Ability to excel in providing cleaning services in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience providing cleaning services in a restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, hospitality, or similar industry is a plus.
• Prior experience working with a senior population is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Schedule

Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday).
