Porter - Part Time

The Porter position greets incoming service customers, directs traffic flow, records vehicle information, and relocates vehicles before and after service.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming service customers.
• Drive customer vehicles from the drop-off driveway into the service area process line.
• Make key tags for incoming service vehicles.
• Shuttle customers as needed to/from destinations when customers cannot wait and no loaner vehicles are available.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the driveway service area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Driving record must meet criteria set by the group and liability insurance carrier.

No prior experience or training is required.
